AsHead of Sales HV&LV (w/m/d) - Lifecycle Services , you will report to the Global Head of Sales/CRM for Lifecycle Services and work closely with HQ, regional management, sales teams, portfolio management team, and service delivery.

The role leads the dedicated global sales portfolio and initiatives, working with the regions to identify customer needs, close opportunities and deliver the best overall sales result for Innomotics.

We are looking for an experienced sales and business development leader with a strong understanding of drives and lifecycle services. The successful candidate is a skilled communicator with a customer-focused mindset, sound technical knowledge of MV drives and low voltage motors and the ability to align stakeholders across regions and service delivery. An international mindset, collaborative leadership style and passion for growing a profitable global service business are essential.

Your Future Role

• Steering the regional teams to achieve help business targets, tracking KPI achievement and ensures transparency to management
• Leading a team of Lifecycle Services expertsand defining and execute GTM for new portfolios / initiatives
• Raising management attention and mobilizes support for must-win projects and strategically important customers
• Co-defining business strategies and the future direction of the complete portfolio to deliver growth against agreed KPIs and targets
• Providing structured customer and regional input to improve and further overall performance
• Providing technical support, clarifing unclear situations and connecting stakeholders with the right experts to resolve topics efficiently
• Owning the dedicated sales portfolio and initiatives

Your Profile

• You hold a technical university degree, a qualification as an experienced technician or an equivalent qualification, combined with substantial experience (10+) in sales and business development.
• You have a service- and sales-oriented mindset and strong knowledge of MV drives, and low voltage motors. Detailed engineering expertise is not required.
• You bring a deep understanding of service sales, portfolio management and commercial steering.
• You can identify customer and regional needs and translate them into clear priorities in a dynamic and sometimes uncertain environment.
• You have experience working with customers and regions in an international environment.
• You are willing to travel approximately 15% of your working time.
