Um unsere Marktposition weiter auszubauen und unsere internationalen Vertriebs- und Produktmanagementaktivitäten voranzutreiben, suchen wir eine unternehmerisch denkende und agile Führungspersönlichkeit, die gemeinsam mit uns die Zukunft dieses Geschäftsbereichs gestaltet.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Mitgestaltung, Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung der Geschäftsstrategie von Postpress Packaging durch zielgerichtete Maßnahmen
• Erfüllung unternehmerischer Ziele in der Postpress-Packaging-Division
• Sicherstellung einer effektiven Kooperation mit externen Geschäftspartnern und sowie crossfunktional über die Unternehmensbereiche hinweg, inklusive unserer globalen Sales und Service Units
• Globale Verantwortung für Auftragseingang, Umsatz und Profitabilitätsentwicklung
• Steuerung von Vertriebsplanung, Forecasting und Realisierung der Jahresplanung sowie Überwachung der vertriebsrelevanten Kennzahlen
• Kontinuierliche Optimierung von Vertriebsprozessen, Sales Excellence und Vertriebstools
• Analyse von Markt- und Wettbewerbsentwicklungen zur Identifikation von Trends, Kundenanforderungen und Marktchancen
• Weiterentwicklung der Produktstrategie, Sicherstellung eines konkurrenzfähigen Produktportfolios, Erfüllung der Markt- und Kundenanforderungen
• Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Channel Sales Teams und des Product Management Teams

Unsere Anforderungen:

• Sie haben einen Abschluss in einem wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen oder einem technischen Studiengang mit betriebswirtschaftlichen Schwerpunkten oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung, ein MBA oder eine vergleichbare Zusatzausbildung sind von Vorteil
• Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb, Produktmanagement oder Business Management
• Sie besitzen ausgeprägte Erfahrung mit internationalen Partnerschaften, vorzugsweise mit chinesischen Unternehmen und in internationalen Matrixorganisationen
• Sie sind eine proaktive, agile, pragmatische und lösungsorientierte Führungspersönlichkeit
• Sie besitzen starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Durchsetzungsvermögen in einem komplexen und diversen Arbeitsumfeld
• Sie verfügen über verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
