Responsibilities

The management, motivation and development of a dedicated service and customer service team are in your hands.
You plan, organise and reliably monitor service calls and maintenance work on systems.
As the central point of contact for our customers, you ensure their satisfaction and cultivate long‑term relationships.
You ensure compliance with all relevant standards, regulations and legal provisions.
With an eye for efficiency, you analyse existing processes and continuously develop them further.
You will also be responsible for the economic management of the service area.

Qualifications

A degree in energy and building services engineering, supply engineering or a comparable qualification as a technician or master craftsman (m/f/d) forms the professional basis.
You have several years of professional experience, ideally supplemented by management experience.
Strong communication skills, assertiveness and the ability to inspire teams are among your personal strengths.
An existing customer network is an advantage and will be gladly contributed.
Proficient knowledge of relevant standards and regulations, such as the Drinking Water Ordinance, VOB, BGB, work contract law and accident prevention regulations, is part of your professional repertoire.
