TCDial develops and operates modern cloud-based telephony and contact center solutions for businesses in several European countries. With Calligator AI, we also develop AI-based solutions for automating communication and customer interactions for small and medium-sized businesses.

Our development team is based in Szczecin, Poland. From there, we develop and operate our platforms for customers in Germany and other European markets.

We are an owner-managed company with short decision-making paths, a high level of technical expertise, and a commitment to implementing innovation quickly and pragmatically.

Your Mission

We’re not looking for someone who spends all day organizing meetings, creating PowerPoint presentations, or managing processes.

We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on engineering leader who takes on real responsibility, rolls up their sleeves, and takes our development team to the next level.

Significantly faster development, more professional engineering processes, clear technical accountability, and the consistent use of modern methods—especially in the area of AI-driven development.

Your role in a nutshell:
Ensure that our development becomes noticeably faster, that technical decisions are made clearly within the engineering team, and that operational technical issues no longer end up on the CEO’s desk.

Specifically, this means:

• You are the central technical point of contact for the entire development team.
• When a developer hits a roadblock, you resolve it.
• You conduct code reviews and make quick, well-informed decisions on merge requests.
• You are responsible for the entire release process and ensure clean, reliable deployments.
• In the event of technical problems, incidents, or critical situations, you take charge of technical coordination and leadership.
• You identify and implement new tools, methods, and AI-driven development processes to significantly increase productivity and speed—without compromising quality or stability.

Your Profile

You are an experienced, hands-on engineering leader who not only thinks strategically but can also dive deep into the technical details and enjoys taking on responsibility.

What You Ideally Bring to the Table

• At least 8–10 years of hands-on experience in software development
• Several years of experience leading development teams
• Proven track record working with production-ready SaaS platforms and business-critical systems
• Extensive experience in release management, CI/CD processes, and ensuring high system stability
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered software development
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and DevOps topics
• Fluency in English (spoken and written), as technical communication and documentation are primarily in English
