Your Mission & Challenges

For the management team, we are looking for an experienced professional to help shape the company's funding strategy — someone who is analytically precise and a confident communicator.

In this role with direct exposure to the management team, you will support the development and execution of the capital strategy, prepare investor conversations, and ensure consistency between the company narrative and the underlying financials.

Your Main Tasks

• Continuously sharpen the investment case and company narrative — translating strategy, market opportunity and technology into a coherent, compelling story
• Prepare presentations, investor materials and decision documents for funding conversations
• Develop and maintain financial models, run scenario analyses
• Coordinate funding rounds (equity, potentially grants), working closely with external advisors and financing partners
• Prepare the management team for investor meetings, structure Q&A frameworks
• Handle confidential information before it becomes public — funding discussions, negotiations, internal matters

What We're Looking Forward To

• Several years of experience in venture capital, investment banking, strategy consulting or a comparable funding-focused role
• Strong financial modeling skills
• Excellent analytical and structural capabilities
• Confident communication in German and English, including with experienced investors
• High sense of ownership combined with intellectual rigor
• Technical or engineering background is a plus
