Head of Stress & Weight Simulation (m/f/d)

These are your tasks:

• Disciplinary leadership of a team of approximately 25 employees, plus technical responsibility for an additional 6 staff members
• Managing work packages with strategic service providers, including KPI monitoring
• Acting as an interface between other departments and customers regarding topics related to structural analysis and weight
• Ensuring target achievement in terms of deadlines, costs, and quality
• Personnel and team development, including recruiting, training, and career planning

Who we are looking for:

• Completed technical degree (e.g. Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering)
• Several years of leadership experience in a technically oriented environment
• In-depth knowledge of structural mechanics, FEM analysis, and weight simulation
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, combined with strategic thinking
• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
