Head of Supply Chain and Procurement

A luxury Jewellery business with Private Equity backing is seeking a Operations and Supply Chain Director.

This is an exciting and critical role working for a well known brand with retail stores in Europe and the US. The business has recently received significant investment from a 3rd party investment.

The Operations & Supply Chain Director will oversee the end-to-end operational value chain across sourcing, purchasing, product feasibility, production, quality, inventory, logistics, and ESG. The role will provide strong functional leadership, ensuring products are delivered to the highest standards of craftsmanship, quality, availability, cost discipline, and responsible sourcing.

Experience and skills required include:

• Proven experience in fine jewellery production.
• Strong understanding of materials, craftsmanship, manufacturing, and product integrity.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in a luxury or high-value product environment.
• Strong commercial awareness across cost, margin, quality, and availability.
• Operational strength across supply chain, production, inventory, and logistics.
• Excellent supplier management and negotiation skills.
• Exposure to international sourcing and production networks.
• Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels.
• Experience with ERP, inventory, and supply chain systems.
• Track record of improving processes, cost structures, or supplier performance.
• German language capability required.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.

This is an exciting role and would be joining a business that is going through significant growth and expansion.

The role is based in Munich and will require 2-3 days in the office.
