Head of Supply Chain Management

A growing biopharmaceutical company is seeking a Head of Supply Chain to build and lead its end-to-end supply chain function.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Supply Chain across demand planning, procurement, inventory, warehousing and logistics.
• Establish and drive S&OP and demand/supply planning processes.
• Ensure reliable availability of GMP materials and finished products.
• Manage suppliers, logistics partners and supply chain risks.
• Develop scalable processes, systems and KPIs as the organisation grows.
• Work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Finance and Regulatory.
• Lead and develop the Supply Chain team.

Requirements:

• Strong Supply Chain experience within Pharma/Biotech or another GMP environment.
• Proven S&OP, demand planning and procurement experience.
• Understanding of GMP, inventory and supplier management.
• Experience working in a growing or entrepreneurial organisation.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluent English; German advantageous.
