Key Responsibilities

• Overall management and leadership of the Münster office
• Advising a portfolio of corporate and private clients on complex tax matters
• Leading and developing a team of tax professionals
• Acting as the primary point of contact for key client relationships
• Supporting business development and expansion of the local practice
• Ensuring high-quality delivery and compliance with regulatory standards.

Candidate Profile

• Successfully qualified as a Steuerberater/in (German Tax Advisor certification required)
• Several years of professional experience in tax advisory, ideally with leadership exposure
• Strong client-facing skills and commercial mindset
• Proven ability to manage and motivate teams
• Interest in taking on entrepreneurial responsibility within an established structure
