We have an opportunity available in Traka Key & Asset Management for a Head of TRAKA DACH

Part of the Global Solutions division, the Key & Asset Management Business Area is known under the Traka and KEYper brands. Traka is a global leader in intelligent key and asset management, providing integrated solutions that help organisations control and protect critical assets. Our solutions combine hardware, software, and services to support sectors such as logistics, automotive, manufacturing, government, and critical infrastructure.

What you will do…

• Lead, develop and grow the Traka DACH organisation while fostering a high-performing, collaborative and customer-focused culture.
• Provide leadership and direction to the technical and operational teams.
• Ensure effective collaboration between Business Development, Technical Support, Service and Project Management.
• Take responsibility for the successful planning, execution and delivery of customer projects, ensuring quality, resource efficiency, on-time completion and customer satisfaction.
• Support the design and implementation of complex customer solutions in cooperation with customers, system integrators, partners and internal stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardisation of processes, structures and ways of working to support sustainable business growth.
• Monitor operational performance and implement initiatives to improve efficiency, service quality and scalability.
• Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, resource planning and capacity management.
• Collaborate closely with EMEIA teams across Product Management, Technical Support, Operations and other key functions.
• Act as the primary escalation point for technical, operational and organisational matters within the DACH region.

What we expect of you…

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a technical, engineering or business-related field.
• Several years of leadership experience within a technical B2B environment.
• Strong technical understanding, ideally within electronic security, access control, building automation, software-based solutions or comparable technologies.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and managing complex customer implementation projects.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into practical technical and operational solutions.
• Experience working with system integrators, installation partners and technical service providers.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to balance operational priorities, customer requirements and business objectives.
• Structured, pragmatic and hands-on approach with a strong focus on execution.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent German and English.
• Willingness to travel across the DACH region and internationally as required.
