We are looking to appoint a Head of Transformation Office and Chief of Staff (m/f/d) to lead Nemetschek Group’s enterprise‑wide transformation agenda.

Reporting to the Group Chief Transformation and People Officer, this role will drive strategic initiatives across digitalization, operational excellence, organizational effectiveness, and cultural change, helping translate Group priorities into measurable business outcomes. Leading the Group Transformation Office, the role will provide the structure, governance, and cross‑functional alignment needed to deliver transformation at scale.

In addition, the position will act as Chief of Staff to the Group CEO for approximately 20% of its capacity, supporting executive-level planning, decision-making, and communications. This includes the preparation and follow-up of Board and Senior Leadership Meetings, as well as the preparation of key communication documents, analyses and decision‑making materials.

This is a highly visible role at the intersection of strategy, execution, and executive leadership, requiring strong transformation expertise, commercial judgement, and exceptional stakeholder‑management skills.

What You’ll Do

Transformation (~80%):

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of the group’s transformation strategy
• Coordinate cross‑functional transformation programs with a focus on digitalization, operational efficiency, and cultural change
• Serve as the central point of contact for transformation efforts across the organization
• Collaborate with executive leadership and key stakeholders to align transformation goals with business priorities
• Manage the Transformation Office, including governance structures, KPIs, roadmaps, and communication frameworks
• Identify transformation opportunities through data‑driven insights and market trends
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure delivery on time, within scope and budget
• Build a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement across the group

Chief of Staff (~20%)

• Identify and prioritize strategic initiatives to be led and executed by the Transformation Office
• Organise and structure Executive meeting agendas, including follow‑ups and action tracking
• Prepare key documents for CEO/CFO communications (e.g., “State of the Union”, client updates)
• Align and manage the corporate calendar
• Coordinate with VGI (Visual Graphics India)

What You Bring:

• Extensive transformation leadership experience (10+ years) incl. proven track record of leading large‑scale transformation programs, gained at leading management-consulting firms / specialist consultancies or comparable
• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Psychology, Organizational Studies, or a comparable business-focused discipline
• Operating model and organizational-design expertise required

Please note:

This is a business and organizational transformation role that requires professional experience in Management Consulting or in-house consulting, gained in a strategy, business transformation, operating model, organizational design, or performance‑improvement practice.
