Aufgaben

As the Head of Werkplanung, Detailplanung und Statik, you will be responsible for the strategic leadership and development of the entire department, including the areas of wall, ceiling, and roof planning, detail planning, CAD/ERP system, and statics (including fire and sound protection).

• Lead and develop a team of three team leaders and experts
• Drive the automation of work planning and statics and shape the future of building planning
• Work closely with adjacent departments to create efficient and practical solutions
• Ensure that production is always supplied with optimal plans, production orders, and item lists
• Contribute to the automation of statics and work planning, with KI-supported quality control and smart processes

Anforderungen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Holztechnik oder ein vergleichbarer Ausbildungshintergrund
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Werkplanung und Statik, idealerweise im Holzbau
• Nachweisbare Führungserfahrung und Freude daran, Menschen zu motivieren und Teams weiterzuentwickeln
• Erfahrung mit automatisierten Prozessen, im besten Fall auch mit KI-gestützter Qualitätskontrolle
• Eine Mischung aus analytischem Denken und Hands-on-Mentalität - Sie sind Stratege und Macher zugleich
