As Head Workforce Management , you will be responsible for the development and leadership of our operations in the German market. You will define and execute our commercial strategy , build and lead the local team, and strengthen our position within the German Workforce Management (WFM) sector.
We are looking for an inspiring leader with a strong strategic vision and solid operational capabilities, able to drive sustainable growth and scale our organization in Germany.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead the German team, foster a high‑performance culture, and actively support talent development.
- Define and execute a robust commercial strategy and business plan aligned with the overall group strategy to achieve revenue, margin, and growth objectives.
- Define and implement the local Go‑to‑Market strategy , ensure strong positioning of Protime solutions, and provide structured feedback to headquarters on market needs and dynamics.
- Identify growth opportunities through market and trend analysis, expand the customer portfolio, and build and maintain strategic partnerships.
- Manage relationships with partner agencies to optimize the inflow of qualified leads and support commercial growth.
- Ensure operational excellence , including compliance, process optimization, risk management, and customer satisfaction.
- Drive change management by establishing and structuring processes, supporting key decision‑making, and ensuring effective adoption of organizational changes.
- Own the German P&L, ensure accurate and transparent reporting to management, lead the Monthly Business Review (MBR), and represent the organization as its primary ambassador in the German market.
- Proven experience and in‑depth knowledge of the German WFM market (essential).
- Strong commercial capabilities , with a demonstrated track record in business development and account management.
- Minimum of 5 years of people management experience , including building, leading, and developing teams.
- Strong people‑oriented leadership style, with the ability to engage, align, and grow talent.
- Comfortable working with technology, digital tools, data, and modern business processes.
- Fluency in German and English , both written and spoken.
- Results‑driven mindset combined with a strong sense of collaboration.
- University degree or equivalent professional experience.

- Base salary between €5000 and €7700 gross a month, depending on experience + Annual bonus
