Responsibilities

In this role, you will support the implementation of occupational health and safety requirements and coordinate safety‑related activities involving external contractors. You will promote safe behaviour, contribute to preventive measures and act as an interface between employees, managers and internal specialist departments.

Coordinate and process occupational health and safety activities related to external contractors
Ensure effective cooperation within the contractor‑coordination network
Support reports and notifications concerning incidents, observations, risks and unsafe situations
Contribute to accident investigations, safety inspections, sounding boards and regular safety meetings
Support safety campaigns and encourage safe behaviour and mutual awareness
Participate in risk assessments in accordance with applicable prevention requirements

Qualifications

Commercial vocational qualification, for example in healthcare or human resources, combined with extensive relevant experience
More than two years of experience in occupational safety and experience in quality assurance or a comparable environment
Practical knowledge of safety activities and workplace prevention measures is desirable
Good process‑management knowledge and confident use of Google Workspace
Confident manner, strong sense of responsibility and an independent working style
Business‑fluent German and English with excellent communication skills across different organizational levels
