Als Healthcare IT Consultant (Patient Management Technical Consultant) sind Sie fu00fcr die technische Implementierung und Betreuung digitaler Lu00f6sungen von Medtronic im Bereich des Herzrhythmusmanagements (CRM) verantwortlich. Ihr Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Installation, Konfiguration und Betreuung des Medtronic SmartSync Device Managers in Krankenhu00e4usern und kardiologischen Praxen. Daru00fcber hinaus koordinieren Sie die Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten Fachabteilungen wie IT-Sicherheit, Medizintechnik, Legal sowie medizinischem Fachpersonal.
Des Weiteren unterstu00fctzen Sie medizinische Einrichtungen bei der Implementierung und Nutzung von Remote-Monitoring-Lu00f6sungen wie Medtronic CareLink, CareLink Express und dem LINQ Mobile Manager. Sie fungieren als technischer Ansprechpartner fu00fcr Healthcare-IT, klinisches Personal und Medtronic-interne Teams und stellen eine zuverlu00e4ssige Integration der Systeme in bestehende klinische IT-Infrastrukturen sicher.
In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, klinischen Spezialisten und IT-Abteilungen begleiten Sie Projekte zur Einfu00fchrung neuer digitaler Lu00f6sungen und tragen zur Optimierung von Datenflu00fcssen und Remote-Patientenmanagement-Prozessen bei.
Diese Position umfasst die Region Su00fcd und ist daher eine Remote Position. Remote bedeutet, dass Ihre Heimatadresse als primu00e4rer Arbeitsort gilt (Home Office). Fu00fcr Meetings kann hin und wieder Ihre Anwesenheit im Medtronic Office erforderlich sein.

Implementierung von digitalen Lu00f6sungen (Hardware, SW, Konnektivitu00e4t und Integration in den Workflow des Kunden) beim Kunden vor Ort
Identifizieren von Implementierungshindernissen, Vorschlagen von Hardware-/Software-Workarounds, Implementieren angepasster Lu00f6sungen beim Kunden vor Ort
Validierung der installierten Lu00f6sungen: Konnektivitu00e4tstest, Drucktest, Datenfreigabetest, etc.
Kundenberatung zu produktspezifischen Themen wie Produkteigenschaften, Worfklow-Optimierung, Datenintegration, Datenschutz und Cyber Security
Durchfu00fchrung von Produktschulungen und Geru00e4teeinweisungen
Verbindung und Aufbau von Partnerschaften mit: lokalen Lu00e4nder-Auu00dfendienstteams und mit der westeuropu00e4ischen Patientenmanagement-Organisation und dem westeuropu00e4ischen IT-Einsatzteam
**Erforderliches Wissen und Erfahrung**
