We are looking for you to join kbo-Isar-Amper-Klinikum | Haar, Department IX / Medical Controlling as

medico Ward Supervisor (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Point of contact for employees of the multidisciplinary teams regarding issues and errors that arise when using medico
• Training and orientation of staff during the introduction of new medico modules in all kbo IAK facilities, including branch offices. The same applies to new employees
• Close collaboration with the IT medico team, the Digitalization project team, and other kbo companies
• Co-development, planning, and troubleshooting of forms, templates, and other documents created in the area of medico clinical documentation and physician report writing
• Independent maintenance of master data for the various medico modules
• Responsibility for creating and publishing training materials for the respective employee groups
• Independent review and testing of core functionalities as part of medico updates and new release versions; identification and clarification of errors and malfunctions; and feedback to IT prior to release to all employees
• Point of contact for the service units integrated into medico regarding requirements, scheduling, and documentation
• Interface between nursing development and the medico nursing module, including planning, implementation, and training for the entire nursing process in medico
• Responsibility for maintaining the medico portal on the intranet

Your Profile

• Successfully completed 3-year medical/nursing training
• IT-specific further training would be desirable, e.g., as an IT specialist (m/f/d)
• Extensive knowledge of CGM medico
• Comprehensive knowledge of the organizational procedures and work processes of a hospital ward
• Good knowledge of IT, including hardware and software
• Quick learner, logical thinking, patience, and ability to work under pressure, motivation, initiative, teamwork skills, and social competence
• Ability to conduct training sessions
• Proof of adequate measles vaccination coverage; if applicable, proof of immunity to measles (if you were born after December 31, 1970)
