We’re seeking a Hotel Performance Manager, Northern Europe to join our team in Germany. This is a 18 month fixed term contract.

As a Hotel Performance Manager, you will work closely with hotel General Managers, owners and their teams to improve performance across a portfolio of hotels. Acting as a trusted partner, you will use data insights and hands‑on support—both on‑site and remotely—to drive improvements in guest satisfaction, commercial results and brand standards. This is a highly collaborative, field‑based role delivering measurable impact and long‑term success.

Key responsibilities

• Support a portfolio of hotels to improve performance across guest experience, revenue, quality and brand standards.
• Analyse hotel performance data and identify clear opportunities for improvement.
• Build strong relationships with General Managers and hotel leadership teams, acting as their key point of contact within IHG.
• Provide practical advice and coaching to help hotels improve operations, service delivery and commercial results.
• Partner with hotel teams to develop and implement clear action plans, ensuring progress is delivered.
• Lead regular performance reviews, workshops and training sessions with hotel teams (both on‑site and virtual).
