Housekeeper / Household Manager / House Matron (m/f/d) – Full-time for a high-end private household in Heiligenberg

For a well-maintained private household with two adults, four children and two dogs in 88633 Heiligenberg, we are looking for an experienced housekeeper/household manager (m/f/d) full-time, starting immediately or by arrangement. Accommodation can be provided.

Working Hours

• 40 hours per week
• 5 days per week by arrangement (Monday to Sunday)
• Working hours can be arranged as needed
• Coordination with a small on‑site team

Responsibilities

• Thorough cleaning and care of the premises, including dusting and floor/room maintenance
• Care and maintenance of antiques, footwear and wardrobe
• Laundry care, including ironing and making beds
• Decorating and arranging rooms stylishly
• Collaboration with direct colleagues and a relief/support colleague

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional experience in a private household
• Excellent knowledge of upscale housekeeping standards
• Good English communication skills within the team
• Strong team spirit, discretion, and a well‑groomed appearance
• Willingness to wear formal work attire

Compensation and Benefits

Starting salary from €3,500 gross/month – higher depending on experience. Permanent, unlimited employment in an appreciative environment. Accommodation may be provided. Structured onboarding by experienced colleagues.
