HQP - 501 HR Business Partner - Thalheim R&D (m/f/d)

As HR Business Partner, you will support Qcells’ Technology Group by partnering with business leaders and delivering high-quality HR support across the Thalheim R&D Center. You will combine advisory responsibilities with hands‑on execution, ensuring effective HR processes, strong employee experience, and compliance with German regulations in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR Business Partner for assigned client groups, advising leaders on day-to-day people topics
• Deliver hands‑on HR support across the employee lifecycle, including recruiting, global mobility, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compensation processes
• Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure consistent and efficient HR service delivery, driving continuous improvement through best practices and digital solutions
• Support and implement global Technology HR initiatives locally
• Monitor employee sentiment and organizational trends, providing insights and escalating key topics to HR leadership
• Ensure compliance with German labor law and maintain high standards of HR operations

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive HR experience
• Solid knowledge of German labor law and HR practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Fluent German and English
