HR Business Consultant (m/f/d) Cluster Central

  • Provide day-to-day HR generalist support to local managers and employees across a broad range of HR topics, including local policies, HR systems, talent acquisition, performance management, employee development, payroll, and other employee lifecycle matters
  • Understand business and functional requirements and translate them into effective HR solutions and recommendations for the respective country/site
  • Drive employee engagement, organizational culture, and change initiatives in close collaboration with business stakeholders
  • Support the customization and local adaptation of HR products and services in alignment with Sub-Regional HR Business Partners
  • Contribute to HR strategies, transformation initiatives, and HR projects, including organizational change, digitalization, and process improvements
  • Ensure the effective, consistent, and compliant application of HR policies, guidelines, processes, and tools at the local level
  • Advise, coach, and train managers on employee lifecycle topics, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, and offboarding
  • Manage the annual performance management cycle for leaders, including calibration planning and execution
  • Stay up to date with local labor laws and employment regulations while acting as a trusted advisor and employee advocate
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a generalist HR role, including operational HR support across the full employee lifecycle
  • Solid knowledge of core HR processes, including performance and talent management, compensation fundamentals, recruitment, and support of change and transformation initiatives
  • Good understanding of local labor laws, employment regulations, and data privacy requirements
  • Proven experience in advising, coaching, and supporting managers on HR-related matters and people management topics
  • Demonstrated involvement in HR projects and change initiatives, with strong organizational and project execution skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
  • Proficiency in HR information systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) and MS Office applications, including HR data analysis and interpretation
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with a proven track record of building effective relationships across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Proactive, service-oriented, and hands-on mindset, combined with a high level of accountability, organizational skills, and business acumen
