HR Business Partner

As an HR Business Partner in the Talent & Business Relations Team, you partner with group leads to align HR strategy with business goals across entities. You will drive leadership coaching, performance, compensation, and organizational change, while leading the Israeli entity integration within trivago’s HR framework. You’ll balance deep business partnering with cross-entity project ownership, shaping culture and people processes during a matrix-wide rollout. This role offers autonomy to influence both local HR needs and multi-entity initiatives, within a growth-focused, collaborative environment.

• Consult Product & Analytics leadership on complex people topics (leadership, performance, compensation, staffing)
• Advise on change management during restructurings
• Support workforce forecasting and succession planning with data-backed insights
• Participate in recruitment processes and advise hiring decisions
• Serve as the HR point of contact for the Israeli leadership on cross-entity topics
• Lead onboarding and integration of the Israeli leadership into trivago HR processes
• Govern cross-entity people moves and champion cultural integration across organizations

• Minimum 5 years as an HR Business Partner
• Advanced knowledge of German labor law
• Proven project management experience in cross-entity/matrix/international contexts
• Fluent German (C1) and English
• Strong ability to align HR strategy with business goals on talent and organizational topics
