HR Business Partner Engineering Cabin & Cargo (d/m/w)

For our long-standing business partner AIRBUS Operations , we are looking for you as a new employee of Tintschl Technik GmbH !

Your Tasks

The HR Business Partner will support a specific organizational unit, advising and assisting managers on labor law issues and organizational changes, implementing strategic HR topics and processes, and supporting business needs through HR measures (development plans, salary reviews, recruitment, etc.). Responsibilities include individual career counseling, potential development, succession planning, resource planning, salary determination, conducting interviews for key positions, internal approval processes, and collaboration with social partners.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Psychology, or Business Informatics.
• At least 2 years as HR Business Partner and 3 years in HR.
• Basic knowledge of SAP, Google Workspace, change management, payroll, and project management.
• Fluent German and English.
• Experience in large international companies, Airbus, and Workday is an advantage.
