HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will advise senior leaders and shape people strategies aligned with our business priorities. You will use workforce insights to spot risks and opportunities, support organizational design and talent planning, and drive succession initiatives. You’ll champion diversity and collaborate with Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated HR solutions across Germany, Sweden, and Norway, while maintaining compliant and scalable HR policies. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution to influence cross-functional change in a fast-paced space company.

• Advise senior leaders on people strategies aligned with business priorities

• Partner with Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated HR solutions
• Collaborate across cultures (Germany, Sweden, Norway) and support cross-location teams
• Travel occasionally to support leaders and teams
• Ensure HR policies are compliant, scalable, and aligned with values
• Lead and support change management initiatives
• Set up and refine HR initiatives, frameworks, and processes where needed
• Drive cross-functional projects with strong project management discipline
• Improve HR processes and employee experience
• Utilize Workday for reporting, analytics, and updates

• Several years of HR Business Partner experience in international, fast-paced environments
• Strong HR expertise in Germany; knowledge of Sweden and Norway is a plus
• Fluent German/English skills
• Solid Workday proficiency
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and change
• Deep knowledge of modern HR practices and employment law
