Overview

In this role you partner with leaders and employees across a matrix, guiding people-related decisions and employment-law compliance throughout the employee lifecycle. You’ll manageWorks Councils and drive organizational change, while supporting core HR processes and workforce planning. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on HR projects and audits, contributing to governance and continuous process improvements. The position offers international exposure within a leading mobility provider and emphasizes English and German communication and discretion.

Verantwortungsbereiche
  • Advising leaders and employees on people-related and employment-law matters across the employee lifecycle
  • Building relationships with employee representatives and managing Works Council matters
  • Supporting organizational change, transformation, and change management initiatives
  • Managing and implementing individual personnel measures in compliance with laws and policies
  • Supporting core HR processes including talent management, succession planning, performance management, development, recruitment and workforce planning
  • Contributing to annual compensation and workforce planning cycles and improving HR processes and standards
  • Collaborating with internal/external stakeholders, supporting audits, and contributing to HR projects
  • Participating in local, regional and international HR initiatives and governance activities
Zentrale Anforderungen
  • Bachelor degree or higher in HR, Business Administration, Law, Social Sciences or a comparable field; equivalent professional qualification with HR experience could be acceptable
  • Several years of experience in a broad HR Generalist or HRBP role, ideally international and matrix-driven
  • Solid knowledge of individual and collective employment law; experience working with Works Councils
  • Experience in core HR processes and organizational change; strong HR best practices knowledge and HR systems proficiency
  • Strong consulting, influencing and stakeholder management skills with excellent communication
  • Structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented with initiative and discretion for sensitive matters
  • Fluent English and German (C1); additional European languages are a plus
