HR Generalist – Parental Leave cover (M/F/D)

In this role, you will support HR generalist activities across two Molex entities from Heidelberg in a hybrid setup. You will manage the employee lifecycle, ensure local compliance, and provide on-site HR support with accurate documentation. You’ll partner with HR Operations, Payroll and Recruiting to deliver consistent service and drive efficiency. You will also contribute to payroll coordination, HR data accuracy, and local project initiatives like office relocation. This is a hands-on, cross-country HR role shaping the employee experience in a global setting.

• Coordinate and support the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding with on-site HR support
• Prepare employment contracts, addenda, and employee documentation in collaboration with HR Operations
• Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and ensure timely handover of payroll information
• Manage JobRad administration and payroll coordination activities
• Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems
• Support HR-related compliance initiatives including TISAX audit requirements and time tracking system implementation
• Provide HR project support for office relocation activities

• Experience supporting HR generalist activities in a matrixed, global organisation
• Practical experience with German employment law and HR practices in daily operations
• Experience coordinating onboarding, offboarding, payroll support and employee documentation
• Experience using HR systems and handling employee data
• Professional proficiency in English and German
