As an HR Generalist (m/f/d), you serve as the central point of contact for all personnel matters within your designated area, professionally guiding employees through all stages of their employment. You combine administrative diligence in HR tasks with solution‑oriented consulting for both management and staff. With your proactive approach, you play a key role in ensuring smooth daily HR operations and the continuous improvement of our personnel processes.

• Ganzheitliche Betreuung und Beratung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden in allen personalwirtschaftlichen und arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen.
• Begleitung des gesamten Employee Lifecycles von der Personalbeschaffung und dem Onboarding über die Personalbetreuung bis hin zum Offboarding.
• Durchführung der operativen Personaladministration, einschließlich der Erstellung von Verträgen, Zeugnissen und weiteren personellen Dokumenten.
• Verantwortung für die Pflege und Aktualisierung der Personalstammdaten sowie der Personalakten und Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität.
• Unterstützung und Mitwirkung bei HR‑relevanten Reporting‑Prozessen, konzernweiten Audits und SOX‑Kontrollen.
• Betreuung und Unterstützung von Vergütungsprozessen, insbesondere im Rahmen von Merit Reviews, Bonusprogrammen sowie kollektiven Vergütungsanpassungen in Workday.
• Vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat sowie anderen internen und externen Schnittstellen.
• Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von HR-Prozessen, der Implementierung moderner HR‑Instrumente sowie Unterstützung bei allgemeinen HR‑Projekten und administrativen Sonderaufgaben.
• Alle weiteren Aufgaben wie zugewiesen.

Job Description (English)

• Provide comprehensive HR support and guidance to managers and employees on all human resources and labor law matters.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through employee administration to offboarding.
• Execute operational HR administration, including the preparation of employment contracts, references, and other HR‑related documentation.
• Maintain and update employee master data and personnel files while ensuring a high level of data accuracy and integrity.
• Support HR reporting activities, corporate reporting requirements, and participation in SOX‑related controls and audits.
• Support compensation processes, including merit reviews, bonus programs, and collective compensation adjustments within Workday.
• Collaborate closely and effectively with the works council as well as internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes, implementation of modern HR tools, and support of general HR projects and administrative initiatives.
• All other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Education (German)

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum/zur Personalfachkaufmann/-frau oder Studium mit personalwirtschaftlichem Schwerpunkt.
• Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im HR‑Bereich, idealerweise in einem international tätigen produzierenden Unternehmen.
• Gute Kenntnisse im Individual‑ und Kollektivarbeitsrecht sowie Grundkenntnisse im Sozialversicherungs‑ und Steuerrecht.
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; erste Erfahrungen mit Workday sind von Vorteil.
• Zahlenaffinität sowie Interesse an HR‑Reporting.
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenz sowie eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und professionelle Arbeitsweise mit hoher Teamorientierung und Eigenverantwortung.

Required Skills and Education (English)

• Completed commercial vocational training with additional qualification in Human Resources or a degree with a focus on HR Management.
• Minimum of three years of professional HR experience, ideally within an international manufacturing environment.
• Solid knowledge of individual and collective labor law as well as basic knowledge of social security and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; initial experience with Workday is an advantage.
• Strong affinity for data and HR reporting.
• Strong communication and consulting skills combined with a structured, solution‑oriented, and professional approach to work, with a strong team‑oriented and self‑driven mindset.
