HR Intern (m/f/d) Mandarin Speaker

JD Logistics is one of the world's leading logistics providers and part of JD.com, a global technology and e-commerce leader. As we continue to expand our operations in Germany, we are looking for a motivated HR Intern (m/f/d) to join our HR team in Oberhausen.

Your Responsibilities

• Support the HR team with daily administrative and operational tasks
• Assist in the recruitment process, including interview scheduling and candidate communication
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
• Prepare HR reports, presentations, and personnel documents
• Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives
• Participate in HR projects and process improvement activities
• Collaborate with hiring managers and colleagues across different departments

Your Profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong interest in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
