HR Professional

In this role you support the HR function by handling inquiries, processing HR transactions, and maintaining data quality in HRIS. You act as the first point of contact for policies, processes, and self-service tools, guiding employees and managers and escalating as needed. You contribute to HR projects, create concise documentation, and produce visual HR data like scorecards and dashboards. You work with cross-functional teams to improve processes, support KPI goals, and maintain time management systems.

• Handle routine HR inquiries and guide employees/managers
• Conduct HR transactions (orientation, leaves, exit meetings)
• Process HRIS transactions ensuring data integrity
• Serve as primary contact for HR policies/processes and self-service tools
• Participate in location events and assist with HR projects
• Create and maintain documentation for procedures and reports
• Collect and analyze HR data; prepare scorecards and dashboards
• Perform root-cause analysis to identify performance gaps and suggest improvements
• Deputy of HR Manager; co-responsible for HR KPIs; cooperate with workers council
• Maintain GFOS time management system

• HR experience or related background
• Familiarity with HRIS and data integrity
• Ability to analyze data and prepare visual dashboards
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Experience supporting HR projects and documentation
