HR Reports Expert

What are your main tasks?

• Preparation and delivery of standardized HR reports
• Conducting analyses in HR systems and reporting tools
• Ensuring data quality and performing data validations
• Supporting data imports, exports, and the maintenance of HR master and organizational data
• Managing and coordinating role and authorization concepts (e.g., MSS, ESS, and local HR roles)
• Maintaining and documenting reporting standards and processes
• Collaborating with HR business partners, regional HR teams, and subject matter experts

What are your qualifications?

• A successfully completed degree in business administration, human resources management, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in HR reporting, HR administration, HRIS, or HR operations
• Strong knowledge of SAP HCM and, ideally, BWor comparable reporting systems
• Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis
• A structured, conscientious, andservice-oriented approach to work
• Very good written and spoken English skills
