Position: Human Resources Expert, German (Germany) - AI Training Type: Contract Compensation: $65/hour Location: Remote Duration: Oct 23 to Nov 19 Commitment: 21 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

Develop and evaluate AI agents for realistic professional tasks in Human Resources .
Build workspaces and files to simulate real HR environments in Germany.
Write prompts and create grading rubrics based on actual HR practices.
Collaborate with teams to ensure tasks align with German labor law and Tarifverträge .
Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications Must-Have

5+ years in HR (business partnering, employee relations, compensation, or talent).
Native or fluent in German .
Degree from a top-20 university in Germany.
Knowledge of German labor law , works councils ( BetrVG ), Tarifverträge , and German payroll and social insurance.
