The project

HR Business Partners are people‑centric professionals who aim to deliver a first class employee experience. By empowering our talent, we help the business increase its profitability and brand equity. Working closely with our business areas, they help implement the business strategy from a people perspective.

We are currently looking for an HR Business Partner based in Duesseldorf to join our team of HRBPs.

What will the role entail?

• HR advice and support to assigned business areas, acting as a link between the assigned business areas and the HR department to support the required human resources processes.
• Develop solutions that allow each business area to comply with its strategy.
• Resolve labor doubts that involve employees in your business area.
• Ensure each business area has efficient structures, and advise on lateral movements, promotions, and succession plans when necessary.
• Provide guidance to detect problems or conflicts within the business area teams and support their resolution.
• Participate in the final phase of the selection processes to align culture and values with new hires.
• Administrative management of corporate and retail processes (promotions, terminations, retirement, leave, etc.) and human resources communications to employees and managers (remote working policy, bonus communication, code of conduct, etc.).

Strategy and development of the HR area

• Design and implementation of HR policies that support the continuous improvement and professionalization of the area.
• Create global reports of the national and international HR activity that allow measuring the KPIs of the department.

Requirements

• Minimum experience in a generalist HR role of 1‑2 years in the German Market.
• University degree in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Business Administration, or similar is desirable.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish, English, and German. Both will be assessed throughout the recruitment process. Additional languages will be valued.
• Strong Excel skills.
