HSE BoP Specialist SITE (m/f/d)

Concrete Tower's business unit is dedicated to the design, manufacturing, and installation of concrete towers for wind turbines.

Your focus as an BoP HSE Specialist (m/f/d) in wind farms

You implement the measures defined in the company’s Health and Safety Plan and ensure their effectiveness during construction and installation. You also organize HSE inspections related to occupational safety and environmental topics (e.g. waste, emissions, chemicals, resource consumption) and actively participate in improvement projects within the Concrete Tower organization. Your Tasks

• Develop HSE Plan of the site
• Coordination between client SiGeKo, subcontractors and Nordex staff to ensure safety
• Coordination and control of HSE systems during the manufacturing processEstablish the best strategy so safety in the CT sites could be guaranteed, in accordance with existing regulations
• Review the execution project
• Report and investigate all the HSE Cases and report them to appropriate managers
• Ensuring compliance and application of rules and quality control on site
• Collaborate in the detection of anomalies or deficiencies in the issues related with occupational health and safety
• Take part in the concrete structure internal organization, as well as in the planning of the necessary resources and in the control of the labor risk prevention documentation
• Coordinates the production process to ensure that preventive actions are applied by the whole staff
• Promote and Promove the HSE “Best practice”
• Spread the Nordex internal Management system and implement it on site
• Supervise the management of environmental processes and promote their compliance
• Perform Inspections and audit of the performance of subcontractors and assurement of compliance to HSE Agreement

Your Profile

• Certified qualification in occupational health and safety
• At least 2 years of experience in construction and knowledge of machinery inspection
• Proficient in HSE-specific software
• Understanding of construction processes (materials, systems, and workflows)
• Knowledge of national HSE regulations and application of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards
• Very good English skills; German is a plus
