Hubspot and AI specialist (m/w/d)

You love making HubSpot work, and work _ better _ ? Then let's build our commercial engine together.

At CWS Cleanrooms , we keep the world's most sensitive production environments clean. Customers in the pharmaceutical and semiconductor industries trust our cleanroom textiles and specialised cleaning services to produce medicines and high-tech components safely.

We recently introduced HubSpot and we're on a journey to make marketing and sales smarter, faster and more data-driven. Now we're looking for the hands‑on expert who turns ideas into working solutions.

Your role

As our HubSpot and AI Specialist , you're the go‑to person for everything HubSpot. You work closely with our Growth Marketing Manager, Sales Excellence Director and Principal Innovation Specialist, and you turn their strategic requirements into practical, scalable solutions. Then you build them yourself.

What you'll do

• Own the platform: configure and optimise HubSpot objects, properties, workflows, forms and landing pages;
• Design smart solutions: check what HubSpot and proven market solutions can already do before building custom approaches, and make sure your solutions work in practice.
• Power lead management: support the growth marketing team by building and improving lead generation, nurturing, scoring, routing and lifecycle workflows that turn interest into pipeline.
• Enable sales: set up funnel and opportunity management, forecasting, visit reporting and database management, and make the CRM easy and enjoyable to use.
• Turn data into insight: keep HubSpot data accurate and clean and support integrations with IT and partners.
• Help people succeed: be the first point of contact for HubSpot questions, create practical guides and training, and drive adoption across teams.
• Keep improving: follow new HubSpot features, manage a clear improvement backlog and roadmap, and use data and feedback to make things better every month.
• Spearhead AI Implementation : Evaluate and implement AI tools and solutions (e.g., GPTs, chatbots) to streamline and automate marketing and sales processes.

What you bring

• A degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, Digital Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience
• About 3–5 years of hands‑on experience with HubSpot (CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub) or a comparable CRM or marketing automation platform
• Practical experience with workflows, automation, properties, pipelines, forms, lists, reports and dashboards
• A good understanding of B2B marketing, lead management and sales processes
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, and the ability to turn business needs into maintainable system solutions
• Fluent English ; German and/or Dutch is an advantage
• Nice to have: HubSpot certifications, and experience with CRM data governance and integrations

Who you are

• A doer: entrepreneurial, hands‑on, with a real make‑it‑happen mindset, from idea to implementation
• Curious and resourceful: you enjoy researching, testing and finding the best solution
• Pragmatic: you balance speed, quality and scalability
• Independent but collaborative: you work on your own within a clear direction and enjoy partnering with marketing, sales, digital and IT colleagues
• Comfortable in a dynamic environment where requirements evolve

Why join us?
