HubSpot CRM Administrator

Steadman Hub are working alongside a tech organisation who are an industry leader in their market. Working alongside various organisations of differing sizes, they change how businesses operate internally through cutting edge software solutions.

They're on the lookout for a HubSpot CRM Administrator to take ownership over their internal CRM processes. This role is both hands-on when executing and configuring solutions across their tech stack, but also business facing in the respect you'll be driving adoption across the organisation from HubSpot to wider revenue tools.

This is a hybrid role based in Munich.

Key Responsibilities

• Own HubSpot across the full enterprise portal - from sales to marketing. You'll ensure HubSpot is the source of truth for all business processes
• Manage wider integrations into HubSpot - specifically their sales and revenue tools from Gong, to Clay, to Zoominfo
• Drive system adoption - ensuring processes are documented and teams understand best practise through structured training
• Lead the ongoing growth of HubSpot and wider systems, owning the system roadmap in the short, mid, and long term.

Experience & Qualifications

• Extensive background owning HubSpot and wider sales tool stacks (enterprise scale ideally)
• Strong people skills, able of driving system adoption and buy-in
• Deep integration knowledge, both natively and through middleware/API based tools
• Strategic background, with an understanding of where systems sit in the business roadmap
• Strong people culture with hybrid working
