Hull Engineer

Are you passionate about ship structures, precise engineering and working on complex international projects? Then this role might be for you!

As a Hull Engineer, you will focus on the technical and structural integrity of vessels, in a highly technical and international environment. Your work is driven by engineering standards, classification rules and detailed calculations – ensuring safety, quality and performance at the highest level.

Responsibilities

• Hull structure design, hull modelling and structural engineering
• Working according to shipbuilding standards, regulations and class rules
• Coordination with other engineering disciplines and classification societies
• Use of modern CAD systems (e.g., AVEVA E3D, CATIA, CADMATIC)
• Independent, quality- and safety-oriented way of working
• Analytical mindset, structured working style, strong attention to detail

Qualifications

• Degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, Maritime Technologies, or similar
• Experience in shipbuilding projects is an advantage
• Solid understanding of structural requirements and regulations
• Confident CAD skills for hull and structural design
• Very good English skills; German skills are a plus!
