As an Experienced Hire Recruiter for Private Banking across EMEA, you manage full life cycle recruitment and proactive headhunting to attract top talent. You’ll design diverse talent pipelines, partner with leadership, and coordinate offers with compensation. You’ll produce metrics to guide strategy and work with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class staffing. This role supports Goldman Sachs’ people-centric culture and impact on clients and the firm. You shape recruitment for senior to partner-level roles in a high-volume environment.

• Manage full life cycle recruitment for Private Banking across EMEA
• Proactive headhunting to build relationships with top talent
• Develop external contacts to stay informed on hiring trends in Private Banking
• Design diverse talent pipelining in partnership with Private Banking leadership and COO
• Structure offers with the compensation team and coordinate packages
• Produce regular data reporting to inform recruiting decisions
• Manage employee referrals and build a candidate pipeline
• Collaborate with divisional generalist teams, employee relations, legal and background checks to deliver full service to clients

• 5+ years of recruiting or search experience in financial services or executive search
• Fluent German or other European languages highly desired
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Strong understanding of Private Banking and a robust professional network
• Experience recruiting Analyst to MD/Partner level professionals
• Client-focused, service oriented, and relationship-driven
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Credibility to influence senior stakeholders
• Ability to manage high-volume workload and prioritize tasks
