Position Overview

Morgan Latif is partnering with a leading international industrial organisation to appoint an HR Director for one of its key European businesses.

The organisation is undergoing a significant period of business and organisational transformation, creating an opportunity for an experienced HR leader to help shape its future structure, capabilities and culture.

This is a highly visible transformation mandate requiring a commercially minded and hands on HR leader who can combine strategic business partnering with strong execution, organisational development and change leadership.

The Challenge

The successful candidate will play a central role in shaping the future organisation, with key priorities including:

• Partnering with and challenging the Managing Director and leadership team
• Supporting the organisational transformation and future operating model
• Strengthening commercial capabilities, including the shift from product to solution selling
• Driving organisational design, succession planning and leadership development
• Leading cultural change, engagement and organisational capability building
• Embedding Group HR programmes and driving further Workday adoption
• Partnering effectively with employee representative bodies through continued change
• Leading and developing the local HR team

Candidate Profile

We are interested in speaking with established HR leaders who can demonstrate:

• 10+ years of strategic and operational HR experience within international organisations
• Senior HR Business Partner / HR Director experience partnering with executive leadership
• Strong experience leading organisational, commercial and cultural transformation
• Experience supporting commercial organisations and sales capability development
• Strong organisational design, talent and succession planning experience
• Experience within an international matrix and COE-led HR model
• Strong employee relations experience within a complex European environment
• Experience with Workday or comparable HR systems
• A hands on, pragmatic leadership style with strong influencing and coaching capability
• Fluent German and English
