To grow our footprint across DACH and Europe, we’re looking for a Sales Manager (m/f/d) who will independently bring Aicomp’s software solutions — Cubicus and VCPowerPack — to manufacturers in the paper and packaging industry. Real ownership, strong products and a team built to support your success.

Your To Dos

• Proactive cold calling and outbound outreach to decision-makers in the packaging industry
• Building and managing your own pipeline
• Preparing and delivering product demos and customer presentations (with presales support)
• Creating proposals and independently leading negotiations through to closing
• Disciplined CRM management in HubSpot and reliable pipeline reporting
• Close collaboration with Presales, Consulting and Marketing teams
• Travel approx. 20–30% within Europe, with a focus on DACH

Your Skills

• Minimum 3 years of B2B software sales experience with verifiable closed deals
• True hunter mindset: new business acquisition is your core competency — no pure account management background
• Business-fluent German (C1+) and proficient English (B2+)
• Confident working with CRM tools (ideally HubSpot) and outbound sales tools
• Self-discipline, structure, and closing orientation in a remote setup
• Willingness to travel within DACH and Europe (20–30%)

Advantageous — not required:

• Experience selling ERP or CPQ solutions
• Knowledge of the SAP ecosystem (S/4HANA, SD, MM)
• Industry background in paper, packaging or manufacturing
• Additional European languages (NL, FR, PL, CZ) as a plus for market expansion

Attractive Compensation Package

Base salary EUR 60,000 – 70,000 p.a. depending on experience and region, plus a performance-based variable component of 35–50% of the total package.
