HVAC Project Manager for Contracting, Central Finland

Responsibilities

• Supervise HVAC installers and lead HVAC projects in new construction and renovation sites, focusing on plumbing and piping.
• Participate in sales and development work related to HVAC project business.
• Work at customer sites mainly in Central Finland, especially around Jyväskylä, including commercial and office spaces, hospitals, and occasionally industrial facilities.
• Perform both on‑site and office work, with occasional remote work.
• Manage a team of 4–15 installers, depending on project scope.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in HVAC/plumbing contracting.
• Experience in project management and supervisory work.
• Engineering degree is an advantage.
• Good communication skills and experience in customer work.
• Ability to motivate a team, act customer‑oriented, and lead gently but firmly.
• Independent, goal‑oriented work style with calm organizational skills.
• Up‑to‑date computer skills.
• Willingness to travel within Central Finland.
