HVAC Project Manager or HVAC Project Supervisor, Tampere

The role is suitable for both early-career engineers and more experienced project managers. We will train you thoroughly, and the scope of work can be tailored to your skills and experience. You will benefit from established organizational practices, an experienced expert network, and colleagues across Finland.

Responsibilities

• Planning and managing HVAC projects.
• Technical and financial implementation of projects.
• Managing schedules, materials, and procurement.
• Coordinating additional and change works.
• Supervising the installation team.
• Work on diverse new construction and renovation projects, such as commercial and office buildings, hospitals, data centers, and industrial sites.
• Engage in site and office tasks with possible remote work.
• Work in the Pirkanmaa region and on assignments across Finland.

Qualifications

• A relevant education, such as HVAC engineer or technician.
• Previous experience in managing HVAC projects is an advantage but not essential.
• Fluent Finnish and good English skills.
• A driving license, access to a personal car, and readiness for assignments across Finland.
• A determined approach to work and a desire to lead projects purposefully.
• Good collaboration and communication skills, and a customer-oriented working style. Ability to build effective cooperation with your team, clients, and other stakeholders.
• An independent and goal-oriented work style, with the ability to organize your own work.
• A security clearance will be conducted for the selected candidate with their consent.
