IAM Practice Manager

The IAM Practice Manager is responsible for leading and growing the Identity & Access Management consulting practice. This role combines client delivery leadership, business development, practice growth and people management. Also, thought leadership to help clients establish secure, compliant and scalable identity programs.

The Practice Manager will oversee IAM consulting engagements, develop service offerings, manage a team of engineers, consultants and architects. Drive revenue growth across industries including Financial Services, Manufacturing, Automotive, Public Sector and Technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the IAM practice strategy and roadmap.
• Develop methodologies, accelerators, frameworks and best practices.
• Manage practice P&L, utilization and revenue targets.
• Support strategic partnerships with IAM technology vendors.
• Build and expand IAM service offerings covering:
• Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
• Privileged Access Management (PAM)
• Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM)
• Workforce Identity
• Access Certification and Compliance
• Identity Threat Detection & Response (ITDR)
• Zero Trust Identity Architecture

Client Delivery

• Act as Engagement Lead for large IAM transformation programs.
• Provide executive-level advisory services to CISOs, CIOs and security leadership teams.
• Ensure successful delivery of IAM projects within scope, schedule and budget.
• Drive quality assurance and governance across all IAM engagements.
• Manage risk, escalations and stakeholder expectations.

Required Experience

• 10+ years of cyber security or IAM experience.
• 5+ years in consulting, professional services or client-facing advisory roles.
• Proven experience leading IAM transformation programs.
• Demonstrated experience managing consulting teams and practice growth.
• Strong experience with IAM solution implementation and operating models.
