IBM Process Lead for Discovery Solutions (all genders, full-/part-time)

In this role you drive the design and rollout of a new DS process, partnering with Life Science leaders to define objectives, measure outcomes, and harmonize IBM reviews. You coach facilitators, align cross-functional stakeholders, and translate IBM demand into actionable planning actions. You’ll connect IBM with planning processes and deliver transparent, data-driven insights to enable profitable growth and cross-functional transparency.

• Lead the design and implementation of the new DS process
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Life Science stakeholders and senior leaders
• Own IBM process objectives, track outcomes, and ensure actions to meet goals
• Coach IBM facilitators and harmonize reviews across IBM
• Collect, analyze, prioritize insights from IBM meetings and orchestrate follow-ups
• Analyze IBM demand plan changes and develop standard reports with ISCO demand planning
• Link the IBM process with planning processes like the LEAP forecast
• Design and implement solutions to share information consistently across the organization

• 8+ years in business management, consulting, finance or supply chain in Pharma/Healthcare or related sectors
• Proven experience leading large, global projects
• Advanced data and analytical skills
• Excellent communication across levels, from operations to senior management
• Strong influencing skills in matrixed environments with shifting priorities
• Process-driven, structured approach to standardizing work processes
• Project management certification is a plus
• Experience in strategic planning, portfolio management, and transformation for growth
