ICT Risk Solution Architect (f/m/d)

In this role you design, evolve, and operate technology-enabled solutions for the Group ICT Risk Management function. You bridge risk, cybersecurity, business, and technology teams to translate regulatory requirements into scalable GRC solutions. You ensure data quality and governance while driving change delivery. You work in a collaborative environment that values initiative and teamwork, with a clear impact on risk management across the group.

• Develop and maintain the architecture for ICT Risk Management tools, including prototypes and requirements
• Design and manage the ICT Risk Management solution aligned with standards (NIST, ISO 27k, DORA) and automate workflows (OSCAL)
• Oversee data management lifecycle for ICT Risk Management data ensuring accuracy and fitness for purpose
• Lead multi-disciplinary projects using AGILE methods
• Drive change management with project plans in designated tools
• Create and maintain documentation for ICT Risk Management solutions

• 8+ years in GRC / ICT Risk Management solution architecture and functional design
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains and regulatory frameworks
• Advanced data management and analysis capabilities
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Groovy, JSON, GitHub, and risk tooling
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI and Eazy BI
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Autonomous, well-organized, and excellent communication and stakeholder management in English
