IDC Asset Management Specialist (Chinese Speaking)

Role Description The IDC Asset Management Specialist (Chinese Speaking) is a full-time, on-site role based in Frankfurt. This role is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on investment data center (IDC) assets, including performance tracking, risk indicators, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations. The specialist will support asset allocation decisions, assist in portfolio reviews, and prepare clear documentation and presentations for internal stakeholders and clients. Daily tasks include conducting market and financial research, maintaining accurate asset records, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and communicating with Chinese-speaking stakeholders. The role also involves contributing to process improvements, ensuring data integrity, and supporting strategic asset management initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data, assess asset performance, and support investment decisions.
• Effective communication skills, including professional written and verbal communication in English and Chinese (Mandarin), and the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Knowledge of investments and financial markets, with an understanding of portfolio construction and risk-return considerations.
• Experience or education in asset management and finance, including familiarity with financial instruments and asset management processes.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Proficiency with Excel and financial analysis tools; experience with data visualization or reporting software is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous internship or work experience in asset management, banking, or financial services is preferred.
