Identity and Access Management (IAM) Tech Consultant (m/f/d)

What will be your challenge:

• You will ensure our IAM framework aligns with financial regulations, security and resilience standards, and the evolving needs of a dynamic digital enterprise.
• Consult on IAM Strategy & Implementation by providing expert guidance in the development and execution of Riverty's IAM framework, ensuring alignment with compliance, security, and operational needs.
• Partner with IT, security, and business stakeholders to assess IAM requirements and support the integration of IAM solutions across platforms.
• Act as a subject matter expert on IAM governance, regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, DORA, ISO 27001), and risk mitigation strategies.
• Advise on the selection, customisation, and optimisation of IAM tools and technologies to enhance security posture and user experience.
• Stay informed on emerging IAM trends, technologies, and regulatory changes to ensure Riverty's IAM practices remain cutting-edge and compliant.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on IAM governance, regulatory standards, and best practices.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
