IFRS Finance Analyst — Reporting, Budgeting & Insights

You will create our monthly reports, plans, and analyses for Frerk for our parent companies within the group.
Independent and responsible preparation, analysis, and further development of monthly management reports, including P&L and variance analyses in accordance with IFRS.
Support for monthly, semi-annual, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
Revenue recognition in accordance with IFRS and analysis of variances against forecasts.
Responsibility for liquidity and cash flow planning, as well as participation in budgeting, forecasting, and medium-term planning.
Conducting analyses of profitability, return on investment, and net working capital, as well as preparing decision-making documents for the management team.

Completed degree in business administration, economics, or a comparable field with a focus on finance/controlling (Master's degree preferred).
Ideally, several years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Sound knowledge of IFRS, financial planning, reporting, and variance analysis.
Excellent Excel skills (including complex modeling, pivot tables, and Power Query).
Experience with relevant finance and reporting systems and tools (e.g., Datev, SAP, Anaplan).
Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken (at least C1 level).
