Job Title: IFS Cloud Project Manager (German-speaking)

Client Overview

Our client is currently undertaking a strategic upgrade to IFS Cloud as part of a major ERP transformation program. They are seeking an experienced IFS Project Manager to lead the delivery of this upgrade.

Role Summary

You will lead the end-to-end IFS Cloud upgrade , ensuring successful delivery from planning through go-live and hypercare. The role requires strong ERP project leadership and close coordination with business, IT, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the IFS Cloud upgrade program (planning to go-live)
• Manage scope, timeline, budget, and stakeholders
• Coordinate internal teams, SI partners, and vendors
• Oversee data migration, testing, cutover, and deployment
• Ensure alignment with IFS Cloud best practices
• Manage risks, issues, and reporting to senior stakeholders
• Support change management and user adoption

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering IFS ERP upgrades or implementations (IFS Cloud preferred)
• Strong ERP project management background
• Fluency in German and English
• Experience with system integrators and large transformation projects
• Knowledge of at least one ERP domain: Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or EAM
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall delivery methods
