ILS Consultant – Integrated Logistics Support

Job Overview

You have experience within ILS. Now it's time to make an impact. Systems like fighter jets, radar systems, tanks, and naval ships require reliable operation, and clients often struggle with how to embed ILS into their processes, translate requirements into workable approaches, and ensure long-term maintenance and support. With your experience, you help clients navigate from organizational advice to executing ILS. You work on projects in defense, high-tech, and other demanding sectors, where no two questions are the same. You independently advise clients, handle complex issues, and enjoy the combination of technology, advice, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

Your tasks include embedding ILS in client processes, assisting clients new to ILS requirements, and conducting analyses like RAM, MTA, or LoRA. You work on diverse projects across industries, from advising on ILS integration to deep dives into complex issues. You coordinate with clients, engineers, project teams, and suppliers, sometimes across countries. You also help shape our ILS department.

Qualifications

You are a strategic and practical communicator, capable of working with clients and colleagues at different levels, and mentoring less experienced engineers. You have knowledge of and experience with Integrated Logistics Support, understanding of how ILS relates to projects and organizations, a technical background, and fluency in Dutch and English. Experience with ILS standards like ASD S-Series is a plus. You are responsible, proactive, and collaborative, with a mindset aligned with our values of forward focus, bold thinking, and smarter together.
