ILS / LSA Engineer (f/m/d) Aerospace & Defence

In this role, you will perform Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) per MIL-STD-1388-1A/2B or ASD S3000L and develop and maintain LSAR data models. You will contribute to availability modelling, maintenance concepts, and design reviews to ensure reliable, supportable systems. You help align LSA data with technical publications and support subcontractor management and configuration control. This role offers the chance to impact complex aerospace, automotive, and defence programs within an international engineering environment.

• Perform LSA according to MIL-STD-1388-1A/2B or ASD S3000L
• Develop and maintain the LSAR/S1000D data model and LSA database
• Allocate RAM requirements to system elements
• Perform FMECA (Mil Std 1629A) and derive maintenance procedures
• Conduct Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA) including task times, tools, and consumables
• Perform Level of Repair Analysis (LORA) under given requirements
• Operate and maintain LSA tools / LSAR systems
• Participate in design reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR) and contribute to availability modelling
• Support Subcontractor / vendor management and configuration control / change boards
• Develop maintenance concepts and ensure consistency between LSA data and technical publications

• Engineering degree or comparable qualification
• Working experience in LSA per MIL-STD-1388-2B or ASD S3000L
• Experience with LSA software such as EAGLE LSAR
• Proven experience with FMECA
• Knowledge in S2000M is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good written and spoken English; German is a plus
