Overview
ILS-Manager (m/f/d) – Full-time, on site in Hamburg, Germany. Noske-Kaeser Germany GmbH, part of the EQUANS Group, is seeking a future ILS-Manager (m/f/d) in Hamburg.
Responsibilities
- Detailed analysis of ILS requirements from customer contracts and tenders.
- Creation of concepts and solutions for contractual ILS requirements.
- Evaluation of ILS requirements according to customer requests, customer advice and creation of ILS concepts.
- Cooperation with sub-project group members (collection of logistical data and its maintenance in databases; carrying out availability, reliability and maintainability analyses; optimization of spare parts requirements) in order processing or project acquisition.
- Support of a high planning quality for deadlines, costs and services of the sub-project.
- Technical assessment of risks, opportunities, remaining points, warranty and receivables in order processing.
- Definition of performance, budget and deadlines including technical evaluation of concepts, scenarios, risks and opportunities in project acquisition.
- Participation in budget, capacity and material cost planning for the sub-project.
- Commissioning, monitoring progress and management of ILS subcontractors.
- Preparation of complete and correct documentation (e.g., logistical data databases, spare parts catalogues, technical manuals, training materials) and progress level reports on the assigned work packages.
Education
Completed studies as a mechanical, shipbuilding, civil, electrical or industrial engineer or completed vocational training in a technical profession (master craftsman or technician).
Your profile
- In-depth knowledge of ILS/ LSA/ LSAR, ASD specifications and/or equivalent procedures.
- Confidence in handling technical documentation, e.g., S1000D, S2000M and MIL-STD-1388.
- Independent, structured, team- and solution-oriented way of working with at least 5 years of professional experience.
- Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and commitment.
- Ability to analyze construction/construction documents.
- Knowledge of reliability calculation, e.g., MTBF values, and knowledge of criticality analysis (FMECA); proficient handling of Microsoft programs and ERP systems.
- Good knowledge of German and English; experience in PM methodology desirable.
